Applied Experience:

Over the past two years, I’ve worked directly with professional fighters in major organisations, providing one-to-one  support. I help athletes manage stress, stay focused, and perform consistently under pressure, so they can take full control of their mindset both in and out of their performance.

 

Research & Insights:

I've explored if MMA athletes could perform at a high level even while experiencing psychological distress. Using Mindfulness Acceptance and Commitment (MAC) Therapy, I helped fighters improve both their performance and well-being showing it’s possible to thrive under distress. I’ve also been involved in research on women in boxing, demonstrating how therapy combined with training can positively impact mental health and performance.
