At MD Mental Performance, I work with athletes to sharpen focus, build confidence, and develop resilience. My approach helps you manage pressure, stay motivated, and balance life with sport — so you can push your limits without burning out.

I combine psychology and philosophy to help athletes perform at their best — in sport and life. Through my experience in sport, social care, and athlete mental health research, I’ve seen one thing clearly: performance thrives when wellbeing comes first.

At MD Mental Performance, I offer one-to-one support , with bespoke structured, online programmes and digital resources coming soon. I’ve worked primarily with professional fighters and footballers, while also supporting athletes at grassroots and amateur levels across a wide range of sports.

Whether you’re aiming for personal bests, team success, or long-term growth, my goal is simple: to help you perform at your highest level while keeping your passion alive.
